This small, cozy cottage is located in a leisure village in Grödinge, surrounded by forest and close to a bathing lake. A lovely plot of land with apple trees, flowers and a large lovely terrace with a barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings. The house has a small glazed terrace with infrared heating, a combined living room and kitchen, a separate bedroom with a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two and a TV screen that you can connect with chromecast. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet and sink, but no shower. Near the house there is a service building with both toilets and showers, here the neighbors are used to you going there in a bathrobe. A guest house is located near the main house with a single bed. There is plenty of parking in the area, where we also have another house, if you are two families who want to live close to each other but still in their own house. Fritidsbyn is well located for getting here by public transport, commuter train and bus and a walk on a nice gravel road, so you don't need a car to rent this house. There is a swimming lake a short walk away, if you want a more established beach, there is a nice swimming pool with sandy beach and docks just 2 km from the house. The area has a lot of culture to discover, farms, restaurants and cafes.
