Welcome to a cozy house where you can enjoy the peace and freedom of the countryside. The house is on a lovely plot with the forest behind, fields in front and a large lawn that invites you to play. You live in a rural idyll with several lovely lakes nearby and with many nice sights around. The house is well planned with an open floor plan. You enter via the hall and the large living room opens up to the right with access to the large balcony. In the living room there is a large sofa with a TV corner and a fireplace that crackles nicely in the evenings. The bathroom is bright, fully tiled with shower/toilet and sink. Adjacent is the kitchen area with seating for 4 people. Inside the house there is a bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm and here, too, a view of the nice garden and balcony. Washing machine is in the basement but plenty of space. In the guest cabin next door is the house's second bedroom with another double bed of 180 cm. Outside there is the forest and a nice sitting area to enjoy the sun. The forest around the cabin is filled with walking paths, berry areas and roaming areas in a historic environment. Here you can sit on the balcony in the morning and in the evening and enjoy the sun and see both deer and fallow deer roaming by. For those who like to swim, Hålsjön is recommended only 5 minutes by car from the house. Prässebo or Sjölanda are also two nice larger bathing spots that are well-known and well-visited. If you want to shop, you simply go to Älvängen, where most things are. Otherwise, a trip to the area around Trollhättan is recommended, where there are lots of beautiful tourist destinations! Here is the unique fall and lock area, Sweden's largest lake Vänern and Ecopark Halle-Hunneberg. All areas are well worth a visit! The city is filled with exciting history, Saab cars, good food, shopping, museum, diet, science center and nature experiences. Or why not a day to the coast to Ljungskile or a visit to the big city of Gothenburg with Liseberg and shopping on the avenue. A warm welcome to this cottage with the perfect location for a holiday full of relaxation but also adventure!
