A newly built and modern holiday home in the heart of Haverdal's cottage area. Here you have rock rock distance to the fine sandy beach and proximity to both shop, golf course and Halmstad's attractive summer town. The corner plot is protected from view and no car traffic is allowed in the cottage area. The entrance is via the lovely courtyard. You enter a bright and tasteful open kitchen and living room. Everything is new and modern in bright pleasant colors. To the right of the entrance is the bathroom, fully tiled with shower and underfloor heating. One bedroom has a day bed, which is easily converted into two single beds. One bedroom has a double bed. From the living room you can open the doors to the garden. The living room also has a TV that can be used if you bring your own Apple TV or Chromecast. The plot has a very nice courtyard, surrounded and protected from view by grown-up hedges. Two beautiful fruit trees provide the opportunity for shade on the hottest and sunniest days. The courtyard has outdoor furniture and barbecue. Here you have sun from morning to evening. The cottage area is protected from car traffic and has common places for family games and games. There is a shared laundry room, which is booked and paid for with swish. There is also a sauna that has separate sauna evenings, but can be booked for the family. Cottage area is beautifully situated nestled in lush greenery with proximity to the large lovely beach. In summer there is a café, restaurant and ice cream kiosk here. Haverdals nature reserve stretches along the beach to Lynga. There are several walking paths and a rich bird life. Halmstad is only a short drive away. Here is a large range of entertainment with i.a. The land of adventure, many restaurants, cafés and a large selection of shops, art and nature. For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses in the immediate area. The closest is Haverdal Golf Club.
