Live in a newly built house in the countryside close to the heart of the city! 15 minutes by car from the heart of Karlstad, you will find this beautiful villa with an expansive view of fields and paddocks with cows. You are welcomed to the site by a beautiful avenue that you drive through. When you get out of the car, you are greeted by a large lawn with a fantastic view. The villa was built in 2016 and exudes modernity. When you step up to the grand entrance and put the keys in the lock, you are met by a spacious hall. Directly on your right you have the house's bathroom with WC and shower. Straight ahead you will find the kitchen with modern white goods and everything you might need for a pleasant stay, such as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and food processor. From the kitchen you reach one of the bedrooms with an extra double bed. The large living room with luxurious seating is perfect for late nights in front of the TV, or why not put your legs up and read a book. Next to the living room is the house's second bedroom with a double bed. From here you can take advantage of your first cup of coffee and lie down and look out over the surroundings. From the living room you can reach the balcony, where you can sit under the cover of the roof on rainy days and just enjoy the silence and nature. The upper floor is currently not available as it is not yet furnished. The large lawn invites you to play ball or just roll out the blanket and enjoy the Swedish summer. In Karlstad, 15 minutes away by car, there is everything you could possibly want, such as restaurants, cinema, cafes and a large number of entertainment activities. There is a grocery store 5 km away and for those interested in fishing, this is also about 5 km away, where there is also a swimming area for all ages. Your four-legged friends are also warmly welcome to this fantastic accommodation! Welcome!
