Welcome to a nice house with pool in scenic surroundings near Molkom. The house is largely renovated in 2020/2021 inviting you to lazy and summer beautiful days with hanging out by the pool or with a short walk for an evening dip in the nearby and beautiful Molkomsjön. The pool has a depth of 1.20 m and is used exclusively by the guest during the stay. With the car, it only takes a few minutes to get to Molkom to shop and the staff at the local grocery store always offers a smile. Only 20 minutes away is Karlstad if you want to take part in a wider range of entertainment, shopping and restaurants. In the large garden consisting of both a natural plot and lawn there is both trampoline, football goal and badminton net. On the large terrace and the deck around the pool there are opportunities for barbecue, sunbathing and swimming. If it rains, you can instead curl up under a blanket in the large glazed conservatory and read a good book. Molkom offers scenic surroundings and from the cottage you can easily take day trips to various excursions nearby. A warm welcome to Värmland!
