Completely newly renovated, fresh 18th century croft with lake plot where both wood-fired sauna and rowing boat are included. Here you really get to experience the lake up close and you have a boathouse with a wood-fired sauna with windows where the view of Hästsjön with its water lilies is amazingly beautiful. You also have a rowing boat that you can row out with. Why not row out to Solberga bathing place where there is a nice shallow sandy beach. You can also pre-book a boat engine (electric motor) if desired. Hästsjön is a good fishing lake. You can buy the fishing licenses on www.ifiske.se. During august it is allowed to fish Between 9am to 4pm. Fridge/Freezer is in the house. Crayfish fishing is also offered for a fee in August, if interested contact the Service Office to get in touch with the landlord. The croft has a nice view of the lake, especially from the newly renovated kitchen where you can really enjoy when you prepare your food. In the spacious combined living / dining room you can enjoy in front of the wood burning stove. A slightly steeper staircase leads up to the second floor where you have 2 bedrooms, with 4 beds. The croft also has air conditioning for cooling off if desired. Fresh combustion toilet, shower and washbasin are in the outbuilding, this buildning is not isolated and is about 30meters away from the hoiuse. Here, too, there are windows so as not to miss the view of the lake. There is hot water in the outbuilding, but not in the kitchen. You have fantastic scenic surroundings you can explore. The Höglandsleden is for those who want to move. Here you have the proximity to Nässjö, Jönköping and Eksjö for day trips / restaurant visits etc. if desired. Includes 100L of firewood, in addition to that you can buy more on site.
