Imagine forest, lakes and a view for miles that beautifully presents this opportunity for a lovely stay in a newly built (2017) 1-storey villa. When you come here, you feel the peace with the forest behind you and from the first floor you can enjoy a magnificent view. Imagine sitting and reading a book, enjoying the garden or working to this view. The horses move in paddocks a little way away and here you are in a place you definitely want to visit more than once! Once inside the house, you have the opportunity to hang up your outer clothes and put your shoes away. The house offers an extraordinary choice of materials, everything is well thought out and there is room for 4 people. You have two living rooms (one with a small play area for children as well) and two fully equipped bathrooms. The open plan between the kitchen and the living room makes it easy to be together as much as you wish. There is a dining area for everyone and here you can eat good breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. If you wish to sit outside, there are also options here as well as a charcoal grill to borrow. Best of all, the striking view once again! The bedrooms are planned with 2 double beds (180x200cm), one of which has a private bathroom. The second bathroom is the larger model and at least as nice. Next door you have a well-sized laundry room where you also have the opportunity to hang your clothes. Once outdoors, there are no direct restrictions. Here you have seating groups and large areas to play and move around. You have nature around you and can just relax to the beautiful chirping of birds. Just a couple of kilometers away you have Sövdesjön where there is the opportunity to swim and buy an ice cream in the small kiosk. An incredibly beautiful lake with jetty and small sandy beach! If you want to go on excursions throughout Österlen, this place is very well located. You have a beach and outdoor swimming down at Nybrostrand just a short drive away. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and several lakes for both swimming and fishing. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to the small cozy island of Bornholm. There is a private space here that must be respected, otherwise you should just enjoy your time here to the fullest!
