Perfect for those of you who want a relaxing holiday in a beautiful and calming environment with proximity to several different bathing spots and excursion destinations such as Grisslehamn and Norrtälje! Nice apartment with an open social area between the kitchen and living room with access to a patio with a practical outdoor kitchen and outdoor furniture where pleasant dinners can be enjoyed. Inside the living room, there is a wood-burning stove that provides good heat and a cozy factor, here there is also a comfortable sofa bed for two. Spacious kitchen with comfortable work surfaces (dishwasher does not work). Comfortable bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. Next to the accommodation, you can buy fresh vegetables and berries according to season in the owner's own commercial garden, wonderful with local produce that adds a golden edge to life! In the outdoor kitchen on the balcony there is a practical trinette kitchen and hot and cold water. You can also rent a bike from the owner on site if desired! Good to know! There is another apartment on the property that is rented out, the entrances of which are accessed via a common balcony along the long side of the house. Thus, the garden is also shared by the residents. But a separate patio for this accommodation is on the short side of the house. Let yourself explore this beautiful summer idyll! There are several different baths here, such as Mjälbybadet with its fine sandy beach in Väddöfjärden, rock baths and baths in the Åland Sea. Proximity to the golf course, nice restaurants, Krön's garden, Grisslehamn where you can take the Eckerö line to Åland and visit Albert Engström's studio and its fine sandy beach.
