Newly renovated house of high standard, with lovely location with evening sun overlooking fields and woods from the large terrace. The house is lonely located with the nearest neighbor more than 500 meters away and within walking distance to the sea and bay. It takes 20 minutes to walk either way or 10 minutes by bike. From the house you can step right out into the forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms by season. There are plenty of forest roads suitable for long walks or cycling.
On the large shade-free plot you can enjoy the sun in a swing mat in the garden or in the sun loungers on the terrace. Or play on the large lawn. If you still want shade, it is under the apple trees or the umbrella.
In the old charming living room there is a fireplace for chilly evenings. Wood is included in the rent. The TV has a Chromecast, a Wii, a DVD player and a stereo. Next to the TV, a ladder leads up to the loft where children can play or sleep on the two mattresses there.
