The generous kitchen features a kitchen island, oven, and microwave at a comfortable working height. Access the veranda for enjoyable meals and relaxing moments overlooking the lake! The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Down one floor, you'll find the sauna, inviting you to a warm sauna bath after a dip in the lake! The sauna is in the bathroom, which also contains a shower, toilet, washing machine, and tumble dryer. On this floor, there are also two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and direct access to the lovely lawn and a convenient distance to the dock for a morning swim! The other bedroom features a comfortable double bed. There is also a family room with a kitchenette and cooking options using portable hotplates if desired, as well as a cozy seating area. Perfect for having two levels for a bit of privacy if desired! The house sits on a large lakeside plot with green, flat, and hilly areas. A sloping nature trail takes you down to the lake. There's also a nice orangery to enjoy when the cold sets in and a charming gazebo with a view of the lake. In addition to the rowing boat, there are bicycles available to borrow. Take a ride with the rowing boat on the lake or why not a bike ride to explore the beautiful nearby area. The surroundings offer peaceful and beautiful nature with nice walking trails and proximity to Brännström Nature Reserve and several attractions that Roslagen has to offer! Feel free to take a trip to central Norrtälje for all the services you need and to stroll along the alleys by the canal.
