Open social floor plan between the kitchen and living room, three comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed (160) and a sofa bed (120) for one person, one bedroom with two single beds (90x2) and a foldable extra bed (80). In the master bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed (160) with proximity to the pergola on the patio. Two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet, and sink, and one with a toilet and sink. Please note that the fireplace, washing machine, and built-in microwave are not to be used. Please keep an extra watch on children by the pool to ensure they do not fall in! The house is situated on a hilly natural plot with a large terrace that is high up and offers a glimpse of the lake between the trees. Here you can enjoy pleasant dinners, sunbathe, or why not read a book in the cozy pergola with the birds singing in the background. A short walk about 1 km away you will find Nysättra beach, a very child-friendly beach with a playground, toilet, and jetty. Lundabadet closer to Norrtälje is also recommended. Otherwise, there are countless swimming spots throughout Roslagen, ranging from rocky baths to beautiful stone and sandy beaches.
