Welcome to Koön with Marstrand and Carlsten's fortress as a view. Here you will find everything from hiking trails, canoe adventures, salt baths, shopping and restaurants to experience. During the summer months, it is teeming with life and the area is a well-known tourist destination. A guardian is required throughout the stay in this house. The house is centrally located on Koön and only a couple of hundred meters to the sea and the car-free ferry that goes over to Marstrandsön. Inside the white fence there are several patios around the house to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. A lovely terrace with outdoor furniture in a quiet location at the back for dinner or breakfast and with secluded shrubbery towards the guest cottage on the plot which is shared with the owner. The entrance is south facing and here you can sit for many hours with your coffee in the morning sun. A spacious hall with large lovely windows and toilet with sink in by the stairs. Inside is the kitchen which is fully equipped. Straight ahead you enter the living room which has a cozy sofa, armchair and bookshelf and TV. There is a balcony door with access to the terrace and a separate dining area for pleasant moments together. Upstairs you are met by an airy and lovely living room with several skylights and a balcony with a view that must be experienced. Upstairs are all sleeping places - here is a sofa bed - 140cm and space for one person in a simpler tent bed - 70cm in the living room and separate bedroom with a double bed - 180cm. If you want to sit and write or read, there is a desk and a cozy armchair. Upstairs there is another bathroom with toilet, sink and shower in a narrower design. Access to shared laundry room with washer and dryer is in the basement. In the immediate area there are lots to discover. Here you live with access to both hiking trails, kayak and sea trips, guided tour of Carlsten's fortress, refreshing dip, rib boat, learn to dive or paddle sup and above all enjoy the gastronomic taste experiences that are available. A luxurious holiday, worth longing for and dreaming of and returning to every year. Warm welcome!
