Welcome to this cozy house on an island in Stockholm's southern archipelago, Muskö. On Muskö, the navy has had one of its military bases since the 16th century and is still in operation. The property is located in the northern part and is close to nice swimming and nature. The property has three houses, the large house has a double bed, a cozy living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. There is no toilet or shower here. In the small house there is a single bed and a bunk bed and there is a toilet. Both houses share a cozy outdoor shower with water heater, a real summer shower. In a nearby house there is a washing machine, dryer and an indoor shower if it is chilly outside. A cozy patio connects the houses, so they are close to each other. There is also a cozy outdoor kitchen where you like to cook in summer. There is both a charcoal grill and a gas grill. If you want to make excursions, there are buses to Nynäshamn, a cozy summer town with nice restaurants down in the harbor. Muskö also has several restaurants when you want to eat out. It takes about 1 hour by bus to Stockholm, if you want to experience the capital. There is a grocery store within walking distance, a real country store that has most everything, also agents for "Systembolaget" and pharmacies. Take a trip to the Grytholmen open-air museum, visit Arbottna manor for lunch or bring a packed lunch basket and sit by the rocks and enjoy the sun and swimming. Here at Muskö, everything is close to the sea.
