Welcome to a partially newly renovated house with a wonderful view of the meadow and forest. The house is in a private, south-facing location, so you can enjoy all your meals on the large sunny terrace or in the nice greenhouse right next door. The house is suitable for a family with children as there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bed bases (without legs) that fill the entire room. There is also a hut above the bed in the children's room. In the guest house, which is just behind the house, there is a bed 1.20 cm. The house has an open floor plan with a newly built kitchen area with, among other things, a large induction hob and living room with sofa group and wood burning stove. On the wall by the sofa group, you can't miss the Smart TV – it sits completely flat against the wall among the other paintings and looks like a painting with a frame. Please note that the TV lacks TV channels. In the bathroom, which is also newly renovated, there is a shower and toilet and in the entrance there is a washing machine. The house is located on a large plot with both lawn and plantings. On the spacious balcony there is a dining area with a pavilion roof. Here you can cook a dinner on the gas grill or the smaller charcoal grill or why not cook a pizza in the pizza oven. You can find the description for the pizza oven in the kitchen in the cutlery drawer. NOTE: The pizza oven may only be used with gas. From the balcony you take a few steps down to the greenhouse with a nice sofa group. On the grounds there are fruit trees and crops, strawberries, blackberries, herbs etc. and tenants are welcome to eat and pick what is ripe for household needs. For children, there are swings, a playhouse, vines and play equipment to occupy themselves with. On the plot there is also a caravan with two 1.20 beds. If you want to use this, the landlord wishes to be contacted. There are nice baths nearby, feel free to go to Grovstanäs marina where after a short walk you will come to a lovely bath with, among other things, a jetty and a raft. On Marholmen, an island only 4 km away, there is a lovely spa hotel, fine restaurant, breakfast buffet, swimming beach, adventure golf, etc. In Penningby you can visit a castle that is open to visitors during the summer. If you want to shop, please go to Bergshamra or to Norrtälje where you have a large selection of everything you might need.
