A pleasant and fresh holiday home with a very good location in beautiful Steninge. The cottage is located in a quiet, green cottage area right next to a very beautiful nature reserve with heather, grazing sheep and a barren, beautiful rocky coast. A short walk takes you to the small bathing bay of Glassvik. Here there is a fantastically beautiful and peculiar nature and rich bird life. The small beach is particularly suitable for families with children and those who want some peace and quiet. The cabin has the entrance on the private back side of the plot. The kitchen is open, modern and fully equipped and has a small dining area. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The bedroom is a pleasant children's room with a single bed and a bunk bed. In the spacious and tastefully furnished living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people, smart TV and a wood burning stove for slightly chilly spring and autumn evenings. Part of the living room has an outdoor feel with large glass door sections. Here there is an exit to a large and lovely terrace with a dining table, outdoor furniture, and barbecue area. The large lot is perfect for all the family's outdoor activities. There is also a cozy hut for the children. The cottage area is wonderfully scenic with close proximity to Glassvik's small beach and a beautiful nature reserve. If you want to visit a larger beach, you only have a short bike ride or car journey to the beautiful Stensjöstrand or the beach in Steninge. In the small community of Steninge, you should not miss visiting Gösta's restaurant and café or Kuststationen's café. Halmstad is only a short drive away. Here there is a large range of entertainment with many restaurants, cafes and a large selection of shops, art and nature. Experience Tylösand's vibrant bathing and entertainment life. Hike on Prince Bertil's path from Halmstad Castle to Ricardo's ice cream café at Möllegård. For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses in the immediate area. The summer town of Falkenberg is also a short drive away. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here.
