Welcome to this fresh and stylish cottage with a fantastic location, only about 200 meters from a child-friendly, shallow sandy beach and a bathing jetty! Perfectly located in Gislövs Strandmark, a quiet and scenic residential and cottage area just outside Trelleborg. The cottage, which is divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room, has undergone several renovations in recent years. Most recently, the kitchen has been completely renovated during 2025 and 2026, with new and modern fittings, light tiled flooring with underfloor heating, and openings towards both the hallway and the living room to optimize the light from the large windows in the living room. The living room has a large dining table with space for up to 10 people, a newly purchased comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV connected to the internet. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and a shower. One bathroom also has a washing machine and a dryer. Information about the bedrooms Bedroom 1: One double bed (180 cm). Bedroom 2: One single bed (105 cm). Bedroom 3: One double bed (daybed that can easily be converted into a double bed, 160 cm) The garden, approximately 800 sqm, has a trampoline for families with children. On the large wooden deck, which was also completely replaced in 2025, there is plenty of seating both at the dining area and in one of the two lounge areas. There is also a barbecue available. Parking space for two cars next to the house, access to two bicycles, and summer toys for children. The cottage is easily accessible, only 39 km (approx. 35 minutes by car) from the Öresund Bridge and 10 minutes by car to Trelleborg, where you will find all facilities such as cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, train, ferries, tourist office, etc. In the village of Gislöv, about 2 km away, there is the nearest grocery store and pizzeria, and in Gislöv’s small harbor with a jetty you can enjoy an ice cream or coffee from the café while looking out over the sea. You are located at Sweden’s southernmost point, close to Ystad, beautiful Österlen, and within a reasonable distance to many nice excursion destinations.
