Welcome to a wonderful house on the lovely Yxlan, an island with a ferry connection in the Norrtälje archipelago. A charming idyll with proximity to water in all directions. This completely renovated house is wonderfully furnished, overlooking the meadow and forest. A large terrace runs along the entire back of the house, where you like to sit on warm summer evenings and enjoy nature with something good to eat and drink, if you are lucky, some of the forest animals may come there to graze. There is plenty of game on the island. The lovely double room has windows to the back, so nice to wake up and look directly at nature. The house is high and there are no neighbors to the back, only one next door, so it is private. The charming kitchen, with access directly to the terrace, is a modern kitchen with charming older details, such as an old wood stove and stove. The living room has large windows to the rear, with comfortable armchairs and a large dining table. The upper floor accommodates 3 single beds, and has the same lovely views as the lower floor. From Yxlan it is easy to discover the surroundings, go to Furusund and shop, eat at the restaurants and the cozy cafes, to Furusund you used to go to swim and drink well, it is a really lovely old seaside resort. If you take the car ferry in the other direction from Yxlan, you come to Blidö. There are lovely sea baths, grocery store, and small cafes here and there. Both from Yxlan, Furusund and Blidö, charming archipelago boats cross the islands of the archipelago, you can also take the boat all the way to Stockholm and get off in the middle of the big city.
