This fine holiday accommodation or business accommodation is an pleasant accommodation close to Malmö, Lund, the Öresund Bridge. Skanör / Falsterbo. 18 newly renovated rooms with own toilet and sink. The rooms are divided into single rooms, double rooms and triple rooms. Newly renovated fully tiled shower room in the corridor with access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Free parking!

The kitchen is large with plenty of seating and all the equipment needed for self-catering. Fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a TV corner with some swedish channel. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Large nice spaces with up to 35 seats can be arranged. Suitable for all types of gatherings and conferences. There is a large, pleasant TV corner with a sofa and armchairs that adjoins the dining room. We have 4 double rooms with shared toilet upstairs.
We are located approx. 10 km outside central Malmö with close proximity to Falsterbonäset, Malmö/Lund, Malmö Arena and Emporia Köpcentrum and Svågertorps Handelscentrum as well as the ferry port in Trelleborg. Both TT-Line and Silja Line operate the routes Trelleborg-Rostock, Trelleborg-Sassnitz.
Just a stone's throw from here you reach the Öresund Bridge and quickly make your way over to Copenhagen. Trains to Copenhagen run every 20 minutes and there is a bus connection 800 meters from the hostel. Parking is included in the housing price. We have room for larger vehicles.
With this strategic location, there are many golf courses within a short distance. Both in Vellinge and surroundings and Malmö and surroundings. Perfect for bird watchers as we are close to the bird trails.
