Spacious house built in 2008 and located 20 m from the fjord. Large living room and kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and 2 single bunk beds, one with double bed and one with single bed and 2 single bunk beds. Satellite TV and free internet. The living room and terrace have a nice view of the beautiful fjord landscape. The house has a terrace on 3 sides, here you can enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise or the beautiful sunset in the evenings. Access to laundry room with washing machine, sink, toilet and shower in stables in connection with the house. Midnight sun during spring and summer. Sunny and child friendly area. A beautiful, shallow sandy beach is located just below the house, where the children can swim and look for stones and shells. The hosts offer horseback riding and beginner horse riding courses. Horses can be rented for rides in the beautiful landscape of Rolla. The area has several marked hiking trails in the mountains that invite to wonderful mountain hikes as well as fishing trips to several mountain lakes with a good stock of trout. Rich sea fishing. Parking space for several cars, 3 km to grocery store. The island of Rolla has a mainland connection through a bridge and tunnel. 1x 16 foot boat with 30 hp with steering console and echo sounder. The boat is located at the floating pier 3 km from the house. The boat is available 1.5-1.10. In the area, kayak rentals and kayak courses can be arranged for beginners.
