In this beautiful, carefully cared for and renovated house you live comfortably, in the countryside but still close to town if you want to go shopping, experience culture or have a good dinner. The house is a log house and the entire upper floor has beautiful beamed ceilings, an open plan between the kitchen, dining room and living room which includes a large fireplace and a piano, which can inspire cozy evenings if someone in the party can play. A beautiful tiled shower room with WC is in the hall. Upstairs there is also a TV room with a sofa bed for two. The kitchen is modern with access to a half-glazed terrace for windy days. Downstairs there is a bedroom and bathroom, a double room and a room with a bunk bed. There is a walk in closet with wardrobes for your clothing storage. Further down the corridor is the lovely spa area, with a large hot tub, wood-burning sauna, wc and shower. In the immediate area, there are many fine natural areas for hiking and exercise, including Tyesta National Park, a large natural area bordering the sea. For swimming, Långsjön is the closest, but here it is not far to swim in any direction. The plot is large and green with a spacious terrace with a fireplace at the bottom of the house. You can get there from the double room or from outside. The family is interested in growing, so there are vegetables and fruit in the garden during the season that you can pick. As the family has an electric car, it is possible to charge your elextricar car. More info about the cost you will find in the house. The family also rents out the Christmas week, so there are some winter pictures. I can imagine a Christmas in that living room!
