Cozy house in the middle of the glass kingdom with fantastic lake views and with only 60 meters to the lake. You have a large, lovely terrace where you can enjoy your time a little more secluded, here is outdoor furniture and lovely hammocks to relax in. The house, which was an old parish home, has a large space with large living areas downstairs. Enjoy the combined kitchen / dining room / living room where you can light a fire in the beautiful stove or relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the smart TV. Wifi is included. You have fresh, nicely tiled bathrooms on both floors. Upstairs you have a small living room with sofa bed and TV with chromecast. Here you have a small balcony with unbeatable views of the lake. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a cot, the other with an 140cm wide bed. There is also a kitchen upstairs. It is not allowed to charge an electric car or an hybrid car at the house. Here you get a fantastic holiday with wonderful walks around the beautiful lake Rottnen, with direct proximity to the center for example. restaurant visits. The swimming raft down by the lake belongs to the house. If you want to swim, there are 2 bathing places, "Tanden och Tungan" is the closest, and Gökaskratt Camping where you have a bathing jetty, playground etc. You live in the middle of the glass kingdom and have only 25 km to Kosta Outlet. There is also Kosta Safari Park where you can meet moose, bison, fallow deer, mouflon sheep and wild boar up close. The train station in Hovmantorp is about 500m from the house, which is worth thinking about if you want to easily make day trips to e.g. Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Växjö. Trains are also a convenient way to get to the house.
