Here you live in a quiet residential area on a lovely garden plot in a sheltered location with several patios where you can enjoy your holiday and vacation. Only a stone's throw to the nice bathing place with shallow sandy beach and jetty. Then have a coffee at one of the benches by the beach and enjoy the breathtaking views of the North Sea and Koön. During the summer months, there is lively boat traffic on the "sea E6" which passes just outside. The villa is on two levels where the downstairs houses a bright fresh kitchen, living room with TV corner with a wood burning stove. Beautiful dining room with access to the terrace. Upstairs are the three bright bedrooms. There is also an extra WC. The house also includes a fresh guest cottage with a double bed, perfect if you have children or teenagers who want to live a little for themselves. If you want to take time off from cooking one day, there is a well-known restaurant at Björholmens Marina about 2.5 km which is open every day during the summer. In the guest harbor (150 m) there is a kiosk and seating areas where you can sit and admire the beautiful boats and take part in people's lives. Many sights and charming archipelago communities in the immediate area. Feel free to visit nearby Sculpture in Pilane which is an experience for all ages. Pilane is one of Sweden's most beautiful cultural landscapes with traces from the Stone Age. Here the sheep graze freely together with fun, exciting, thought-provoking art by some of the world's leading artists. The nearest service locations are Skärhamn 15 km and Kållekärr 11 km.
