Your way to the Scanian horse farm offers incredibly beautiful surroundings and large open views. This courtyard is the exact opposite of an apartment in the city. Lots of space both inside and out, silence, stress-free and a chance to just be. Here you get the opportunity to rent a horse farm and move freely, even optimally for you with children or animals as there is a fenced courtyard. Directly inside the entrance you have a large airy living room with corner sofa, smart TV among other things. Next door is the kitchen with a high standard where you can also sit and enjoy a fantastic view while eating. On the ground floor there is a larger bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. You also have one of the house's three bedrooms here with a double bed and storage options. Adjacent to the bedroom is a smaller room that you pass, to reach the laundry room. Upstairs you have the house's two other bedrooms, both with double beds. Also here a toilet with toilet, washbasin and shower. Outdoors you have a lawn for all the summer activities and games. There is also a larger covered terrace with seating and barbecue. A lovely yard with personal touches indoors. Outdoors there are also stable buildings and horse paddocks. There is a lot to do in Skåne within a reasonable distance. For those of you who enjoy swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have so much beauty. Just around the corner you have the nature reserve Lövestads ridges. A short drive away you have Vombsjön. Other attractions and excursion destinations are Ringsjön, Skånes Djurpark, Fulltofta Naturcentrum, Sjöbo golf club. At Vaxsjön there is also the possibility to rent a boat for a little money. If you get enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Skåne, Rörum beach is ideally located. Along the coast towards Österlen you also have Kiviks Musteri and do not forget a visit to the restaurant "Stationen" in Lövestad.
