Right next to the lake Sämsjön is this nice cottage with a large lawn, lake view and forest. The cottage is modern and was completely renovated in 2012. You enter a small hall with an open floor plan. The kitchen and living room are integrated into one and have large panoramic windows facing the lake. The kitchen is modern with built-in microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The sink is like a kitchen island where you can talk to the family at the dining area and at the same time look out over the lake. To the right is a fully tiled bathroom with shower. Next to it is a larger bedroom with a double bed 180 cm. Adjacent is a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. Large and spacious living room with sofa, armchairs and a TV. The house has a lovely large terrace with furnished glass porch and a large lawn. Only 1 km from the house is a nice bathing area with bathing jetty and barbecue area. Behind this bathing place is Norra Säm's church ruin which is worth a visit. Take the opportunity to visit Gäsinge dairy and Barta Kvarn for a good coffee. If you want to enjoy a little extra of good food, you should go to Kvänums Mat & Malt about 50 km from your accommodation. Around the area there is a lot to discover, historic sites, nice lakes and there is a great chance to see both deer and elk. A perfect accommodation for a family with children who want proximity to swimming, the tranquility of the countryside and going on day trips in the area. Welcome!
