A beautiful fireplace has been laid out where you can make a fire to enjoy together in front in the evenings. There is also plenty of play / social space with a football pitch. The large house is tastefully and beautifully built in 2012 from building materials from the 19th century, both the timber outside and the floor inside and the beautiful mirrored doors are older. The nice kitchen and fresh toilet are brand new. The house is beautifully open up to the ridge. In the large house you have an open, combined kitchen with living room where there is also a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with various amenities such as induction hob, dishwasher, combined oven / microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The sofa is a sofa bed for 2 people, when the whole sofa bed is made it will be 140cm. The beautifully decorated bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds that can be put together into a double bed if desired. New fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. The guest house also has 2 comfortable single beds that can be moved together. The houses are located on a larger house garden, but when you rent the houses, the homeowners are not in place so they have the garden themselves. Here you live only 2 km from the golf course and about 4 km to the sea, where you have many nice bathing places such as. Fulvik or Djursvik to discover. Smålandsleden is close for those who want to move. Do not miss to visit cozy Kristianopel with its beautiful harbor area where you can stroll around among the small wooden houses with dripping roses in the gardens or walk along the beautiful ring wall and feel the wings of history. There are shops, popular restaurants and cafés. Café Sött och Salt is a hot tip. At Möre Golf Club there are also paddle courses. At Villa Famiglia you can enjoy an Italian lunch among Mediterranean plants and terracotta pots. Their pizzas are usually appreciated. Stufvennäs inn is known for its fine food and spa.
