Welcome to a fantastic cozy house with guest cabin and beach plot outside Norrköping and close to Kolmården. Here you get access to two cottages for yourself with accessories such as a wood-burning hot tub by the water and your own bathing jetty. The house is quietly secluded, surrounded by forest and the lake directly adjacent to the plot. Fantastic view, large plot with room for all activities, lovely balconies and patios. The main house has 3 bedrooms. One room with a double bed, two bedrooms each with two single beds 80 cm wide. The guest cabin has a double bed 160 cm and a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The kitchen is open plan with the dining area, the living room has a large sofa, TV and a fireplace to burn in on cooler evenings. Bathroom with wc, shower, sink, and washing machine. Wherever you are in the house or on the farm, there is an adorable view of Lake Vibjörken. Along the lake there are several places to explore for swimming, hiking and fishing. Are you looking for the best hiking trails, whether you fancy walking, cycling, running or exploring other outdoor activities, or embarking on an adventure in the natural areas that are perfect for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts of all levels, there are many trails in the Stavsjö area . If you want to go on other adventures and discover the big city of Norrköping, it takes about 35 minutes by car. Art and culture are a big part of Norrköping. In the heart of Norrköping lies Knäpingsborg with ancient buildings and its cozy restaurants, bars, cafes and lots of shopping. There are many old industrial buildings that have been preserved and the stream that flows through the city. 2.5 miles from the house is Kolmården, the Nordic region's largest zoo, safari park and rides, if you want to go on a longer day trip, it's a two-hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby.
