Welcome to this lovely house situated in Floby Snipered with a genuine country feel and sheep grazing peacefully outside. In the entrance you are welcomed into a spacious and bright hall, to the left of the hall are two of the house's three bedrooms. The first bedroom has three single beds 80 cm wide and the second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm. Both rooms are adorned with beautiful tiled stoves that add an extra touch of charm (these are not allowed to be lit in, but tealights are fine). In the generous living room there is plenty of space for relaxation with a comfortable sofa and wicker chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric stove and a cozy wood-burning stove for extra atmosphere. Note that if you are using the wood stove, be sure to remove the lid for safe use. From the kitchen, a door leads out to the newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs there is a large space with a sofa and a table, as this part of the house is not insulated it can be perfect for relaxing on the slightly warmer summer evenings. Here is also the third bedroom with two single beds 90 cm and if necessary there is an element to keep the heat during rough summer nights. Outside the house you can enjoy the peace and nature with large areas for the children to play on and for you to drink your morning coffee. Please note that you drive through a sheep paddock to get to the house, so it is especially important to make sure to close the paddock properly when entering and exiting. With only a 30-minute drive you reach Hornborgarsjön, where you can experience the unique lake and its birdlife, or a visit to the Falbygden museum where you can explore the area's exciting history from prehistoric times. For the family, there is also the opportunity to visit Mösseberg's zoo and bathing area for a fun day trip. Perfect for a family with children who want to enjoy the Swedish nature and tranquility.
