In the charming summer town of Ljungskile not far from the historic area "Lyckorna" is this nice summer cottage. The house is renovated in 2022 with a modern floor plan and has a very homely warm interior. The location is close to the sea to several bathing places in and around Ljungskile, about 1,5 km to salty baths, crab fishing and cliffs. The area is rural, quiet and harmonious. Next to the house is a nice forest path for nice walks and beautiful nature. The house has a guest cottage and a lovely sauna for 4 people built in 2022. You are welcomed into via the conservatory with a nice seating area. The hall is oblong with space to hang off. To the right is the guest room with a sofa bed 140cm. Next door is the larger bedroom with a bed of 180 cm. Straight ahead is the bathroom which is bright and modern. There is a shower, toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. To the left, the large lovely living room opens up with nice furnishings and opens up to the nock. Magnificent brick wall invites you to the kitchen area, which is light. There are also tables with seating for 4-6 people. There is also an small nice alcove for unloading / writing time / workplace next to the nice kitchen. The loft up can be reached in a steep ladder from the living room. Up here is a nice crawl-in with a double bed and tv with chromecast. In the living room there is a sofa, TV and armchair. In the annex / guest house there is also a TV and a perfect place for the older children who want to live a little secluded. You can watch Cmore range of channels. You can connect your own login to NETFLIX, not the homeowner's. Good to know is that Highway 167 goes along the house which may caouse some sonds. It is walking distance to several nice bathing places and about 1,5 km to Kungsparken with diving tower, sandy beach and jetty. Take the opportunity to visit the popular Lyckorna Brygga with restaurant and marina right at the water's edge. Many of Sweden's famous artists play here during the summer and you have a beautiful view of the fjord. Musselbaren is a must for those who want to experience the west coast's taste menu. Feel free to join one of the archipelago boats that depart in the harbor or walk on the beautiful promenade. This accommodation is perfect for the larger family of 6 people who want proximity to swimming. For those who want to shop, you can go to Torps Shopping Center, next to Uddevalla Center or take a day trip to the big city of Gothenburg with the amusement park Liseberg among much more. In Ljungskile there are both good bus and train connections to both Uddevalla and Gothenburg. At the Coop store about 1,7 km away, there are charging posts for electric cars.
