A perfect summer residence with proximity to many interesting excursion destinations. This cottage, which is only a short walk from Näshulta lake's bathing area with a small sandy beach, jetty and a bathing raft, can be the perfect place for those who want to be close to nature and at the same time want to discover new interesting excursion destinations. Näshulta is a quiet holiday home area and this cottage is located on a large plot with plenty of space for football and other outdoor games. The cottage has a dining area and living room in open plan with doors out to the porch that serves as an extra room in the summer. Two bedrooms are in file where one bedroom has a double bed and the other room a single bed. The sofa in the living room is converted at night into a comfortable bed that is 140cm wide and chilly evenings are advantageously heated in the nice tiled stove that is in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and a washing machine. Additional sleeping space is available in the guest house which has a 140cm wide bed. In the garden there is a lovely outdoor shower with cold and hot water. Österby Camping is a larger bathing area that also offers rental of canoe and rowing boat, here you have walking distance. Eskilstuna Parken Zoo is an appreciated destination for those who have children, where it takes about 20 minutes by car.
