With a view of the rolling fields, this rural house is located with large comfortable spaces both inside and out. At the same time, the proximity to the pleasant small towns Vellinge and Höllviken is close by and Malmö's offerings are a quarter of an hour's drive away, as are some of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches at Kämpinge and Skanör-Falsterbo. The house, which is a converted Scanian country house from 1890, was extended in 2002 with all modern facilities. On two separate upper floors there are a total of three bedrooms that can accommodate 7 beds and space for an extra bed in the main bedroom. The house has two bathrooms with WC and shower and a bath. The rustic but modern kitchen accommodates a small dining area and the adjoining living room is furnished with a large sofa, TV and a cozy wood stove. On the lower floor there is also a laundry room and good storage space. Here you go out to the spacious glazed conservatory with a real dining table and armchair. On the large wooden deck there are tables and wooden benches, gas grill, lounge chairs and the lovely hot tub with room for 4-5 people. In the garden, the children have many areas to play on the large lawn, in the cute playhouse and sitting swing. There is also a cozy little gazebo for beautiful evenings to cuddle in with a view of the beautiful areas. Here, those who want to enjoy the calm rural atmosphere and the idyll with proximity to many sights and opportunities for activities thrive. From the house you have the lovely dunes at Kämpingestranden a little over a mile away, Höllvikens center is a few kilometers away with several grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. In Falsterbo and Skanör there are many popular restaurants, cozy inns and stalls selling fresh fish in the summer. There are also nice walking areas in Ljunghusen, nice golf courses and bike paths. Malmö's large selection of shopping, entertainment and shops is also just a couple of miles north, as well as the entire Skåne south coast with all the fishing villages to Ystad for a wonderful holiday stay.
