A comfortable and lovely holiday home with sea views and outdoor pool just north of Varberg. A plot that is protected from view, fenced and surrounded by greenery. Here is plenty of space for both relaxation and activities. Only a few minutes walk and you are down by the sea. From the entrance in the small hall you first have a bathroom with shower. The large cottage with its open kitchen and conservatory is the heart of the house. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The living room has comfortable seating, modern Apple TV and a lovely wood burning stove. In the open, bright conservatory there is a spacious dining area and here you have a fantastic view of the sea. There are three bedrooms in the cottage. One with a double bed, and two with a single bed each. The cottage has internet and free wifi. In the annex there is a single bed and a bunk bed. There is a small toilet and a simple kitchenette. From the cottage's conservatory you come out to a terrace with awning and then the spacious pool which is heated from the middle of May to September. The pool is heated by solar panels. Enjoy restful days, dip in the pool and enjoy the sun and surrounding greenery. The plot is surrounded by lush greenery and the pool area is protected from view. A small path to the south takes you to the small marina. There is a larger bathing area with a sandy beach. There is also a sauna and a playground. A short walk takes you to a breakwater rocky promontory, perfect for kids to try crab fishing. Varberg is a summer city with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer city. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down into the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous bird sanctuaries. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café. Bring your swimwear because there are nice beaches on Getterön. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Klosterfjordens Gk.
