A spacious single storey house in a quiet area near an incredibly beautiful beach! For those who love being close to the sea and being able to let the children play freely on the playground outside the house. Just 600 meters from the sea awaits this spacious 1.5-storey villa suitable for the larger group. A villa that has been properly refreshed and modernized very recently. Here you live in the old fishing village "Viken". On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a large hall with lots of storage options for clothes and shoes. You also have one of four bedrooms here next to the hall, where there is a single bed and sofa bed and plenty of storage in the wardrobes. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level. One with a double bed, one with a 120cm bed and the third with two single beds. Pick and choose, but you will sleep well regardless of the place! The bathroom on the lower level is fresh and modern which makes the trip comfortable and easy! Here you can find every conceivable comfort. There is a bathroom on the upper level. Enjoy the large house, prepare delicious dinners in the fine kitchen. You also have both a kitchen table and a large dining table and a lovely sofa corner. Here you can find everything you could wish for during a holiday. You also have a larger terrace with a roof and a lawn that glows green in the summer. Little else to do while you're here anyway. Visit Kullaberg nature reserve with nature room. No other Swedish city is as strongly associated with ceramics as Höganäs. Here, the kilns have been fired hot for almost two hundred years. At Outlet Handelsplats Höganäs you can shop for glass and ceramics, books, clothes, sportswear and kitchen utensils, among other things. In the area there is also a café, a fish shop, a flea market and a ceramic center. In the area there are a large number of golf courses, the closest is Helsingborgs Gk in Viken, only 500m from the house. For those interested in fishing, the entire Kulla Peninsula offers fantastic sea fishing.
