Cozy holiday home with an attached completely newly built guest house where you can enjoy beautiful natural views in the municipality of Löttorp on Öland. Here you live perfectly with only 20 km to both Borgholm and Löttorp and at the same time can really enjoy the peace and the view over the nice meadows where the horses graze. You have cooling baths in Djupvik and Sandvik 5 km away and if you want Böda's undulating beaches, you have 30 km there. The large house of 55 square meters has an open living room with a lovely fireplace, kitchen, dining table, sofa, comfortable armchairs, small TV and exit to the more private rear with balcony. Part of the terrace is covered with a dining area, the rest is a sun deck without a roof to enjoy beautiful days. The large house has two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with a single bed with pull-out extra bed that can be made into a double bed. The guest house has two bedrooms, each with a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed in both rooms. There are fresh bathrooms with wc, sink and shower in both houses. Dogs are welcome in the main cabin, but not in the guest cabin. Firewood is not included. The house is not rented out to youth groups. Not allowed to charge electric cars. In Sandvik there are plenty of fine restaurants in lovely surroundings. Here there are both sandy and pebble beaches, ice cream cafes, a grocery store and Sandvik's beautiful mill. On Borgholm's streets you can stroll around and enjoy a larger selection of restaurants and shops. Byxelkrok is also well worth a visit to enjoy the atmosphere and look in the small shops/restaurants in the boathouses down by the harbour.
