Welcome to nice Kagghamra in Grödinge, with proximity to both forest and nice swimming. The area is located in the southern archipelago, close to both Stockholm and the summer town of Nynäshamn. The property consists of two houses, the large house which has a kitchen, two bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and in the gym that connects to the double room there is a bunk bed. There is also a living room, bathroom and washing machine. The small house is next door and has two single beds. Behind the small house there is a sauna, shower and an electric toilet. The balconies go around all the houses and the house is high and isolated as the last house on the road. The owner has beekeeping, the beehives are behind the houses and won't disturb you but you're not allowed to touch them. The garage is not included with the house but is used for honey production. The nice beach is a 5-minute walk from the house. There are beaches, walking paths, jetties and is very child-friendly with several playgrounds. There is a grocery store 9 km from the house by car, if you want to get into Stockholm, you take the commuter train from Tumba, which is 14 km away. There is a bus to Tumba if you want to leave the car at home. There are nice hiking trails in the area and the Sörmlandsleden runs right next to the area. A rowing boat is included, which is located down by the swimming area, and in the house there are life jackets for 4-6 people.
