This house is nicely located with a very cozy, verdant and large garden. Around the house there is a fallow deer enclosure with about 120 fallow deer grazing and living. What a sight to wake up to! The house is older and has an old style but is completely renovated 2021. There is a bright and large kitchen downstairs and also a common room with sofa, stove and TV for socializing. On this floor you will also find a spacious bedroom and a room with a sofa bed that you can use as a sleeping area if necessary or as an extra room. In this house you can stay with a larger group. In the house there are all possible amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and two toilets so you can stay for a long time and stay at home. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. A high chair for children and a junior chair are available in the accommodation. The area around the cottage has a fantastic nature with several small bathing lakes. If you'd rather swim in the sea, it's only 10 minutes away. If you like to fish, you can do it in several places in good fishing waters. During the summer, sheep and lambs graze in a nearby pasture. The owner of your cottage checks on the sheep once a day. Next to the cabin there is also a deer enclosure with around 100 deer. In Lyckeby which is 10 minutes away by car there is a large shopping center, so you are close to all shopping, entertainment and restaurants. In the area is also Trummenäs Golf Club which has a beautiful 18 hole course as well as paddle courts and also the playground Children's Farm. Karlskrona is a city full of activities! Here you can visit the Marine Museum and go sightseeing with tour boats around the archipelago. Those of you who have pets are welcome to bring them to the house, but you must of course follow laws and regulations and monitor your pet with "common sense" with regard to, among other things, the animals in the pendant.
