In beautiful Kullavik, with salt-sprinkled cliffs and beautiful nature, lies this spacious and well-planned holiday home. The house is located in a leafy villa area, embedded with a protected plot. The house is on three floors and can accommodate both the large family or two families who want to vacation together. From the entrance in the ground floor you enter a spacious hall. Here is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and access to a laundry room. You also have a large gym with many different exercise equipment, a table tennis table and a cozy TV corner with a comfortable sofa. Up the stairs to the 2nd floor you come to an open kitchen as well as a large and bright living room with two dining areas and comfortable seating. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with both shower and bath. Here you also have the exit to the leafy back of the site. The balcony is partly covered and there is plenty of space on the lawn for family activities and barbecue evenings. Up another staircase you have a generous and bright living room with modern TV and sofa. We relax the bright roof canopy and have views of the area. There is a music department with various instruments. The owner does not mind that you use this, preferably with an overview of adults. The bedroom here has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The house has fiber and free wifi. The modern TV sets have chromecast and HDMI. There is also access to Viasat's full range as well as a DVD player. A short walk takes you to the coast. You will find both small fine sandy beaches and lovely rock baths. Kullavik has everything you need. The boat harbor is buzzing with boating in the summer. There is both a restaurant and an ice cream parlor. The owner can rent out boat space upon request. A short drive will take you to Kungsbacka, a pleasant urban area with cozy cafes and shops. On the other side of the Kungsbackafjord is Tjolöholm Castle, Sweden's only tudor castle. Well worth a visit. Sandsjöbacka is Halland's largest nature reserve on land. For the shopping stove there is Freeport Outlet, a shopping center in Hede in the northern part of Kungsbacka. Fishing in the sea is free and there are also Hornsjöarna in the area. Stora Hornsjön is popular for anglers. Fishing licenses are required. For the golfing enthusiast there are several fine golf courses in the area, closest is Särö Gk.
