Now you have the opportunity to live in a fantastic Hälsingegård located in Fjäle just outside Bollnäs. Farm with large lovely plot in a quiet environment and with beautiful nature close by. Regardless of the season, Hälsingland is a fabulous landscape to explore. Ski in the winter, hike in spring / summer / autumn and enjoy the forest harvest. The area has fish-rich watercourses, both flowing rivers, calmer lakes and smaller ponds with precious fish. There are wide expanses to see and wonderful environments to discover. The house is on two levels and on the lower floor you will find the kitchen with wood stove, the living room with its own dining area sofa and TV and one of the bedrooms with a bed that is 160cm. One of the house's bathrooms is also located on the first floor which is equipped with both shower and bath as well as sink and toilet. In the laundry room there is another shower and washing machine. On the upper level there are 3 more bedrooms. Two of these each have their single bed - 90cm and the third has a double bed -180cm. In the living room there is an extra bed in the sleeping alcove - 90cm.Upstairs there is a bathroom with toilet and sink. Hälsingland is Sweden's most densely populated forest and several of Sweden's predators move here, such as wolves, bears, lynx and wolverines. Nice area for cycling, kayaking, fishing. There are also many local craftsmen and art.
