In the forests of northern Sweden, you have the opportunity to live in a spacious villa from the 19th century in Västanede just outside central Kälarne, between Östersund and Sundsvall in Jämtland County. An accommodation with large social areas, beautiful views of the pond and fantastic surroundings made for outdoor life and recreation. An idyllic plot where the owner made his own pond only a few meters from the house with the possibility of fishing. Otherwise have Bräcke municipality some of Sweden's finest fishing waters! On the plot there is also a sauna that is booked through the very nice owner. (The sauna is temporarily out of order). Only 300 meters to the lake with a mooring where it is possible to rent a boat and boat engine from the owner on site! A warm welcome to this paradise! Here you live in a very large house on two levels where you will find a nice kitchen with a large dining room on the entrance level and a spacious living room that connects to a bedroom with two beds. Adjacent to the entrance is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs there are five bedrooms, one of which you must pass to reach the other. Also upstairs is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Lovely balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the pond and at the entrance there is a nice covered terrace. The owners live on the same property. If you want to book a boat and sauna, you do it via the owner. If you want to charge your electric car, this works well as long as you pay the owner on site for this. The electricity that refers to charging a car is thus not included in the rental. Let yourself explore all that Kälarne has to offer! Bring your coffee basket and cycle or hike in the woods, paddle and fish in all the hundreds of lakes around here.
