Welcome to a cozy house with a glimpse of the lake in Skärlinge, which is located in Stockholm's southern archipelago. The house has plenty of sleeping places in two houses that are connected by a balcony. In the large house there is a bed 140 cm in a separate room, there is also a simple loft bed. In the TV room there is a sofa bed and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. In the large house there is the nice kitchen and WC, the newly built and fully tiled shower is in a separate room with entrance from the outside. The guest cabin has two bedrooms; in one there is a double bed and a single loft bed, in the other there is a single bed that is 105 cm wide. The houses are close to each other with a cozy terrace that connects them. On the terrace there is a dining table and a lounge corner that is made for an afternoon drink or coffee. Outside the patio there is a spacious barbecue area with a charcoal grill. It is only a few hundred meters down to the beach, which is owned by the association. There is a sandy beach and jetty here. In the area there are plenty of bathing spots with rocks if you prefer. The summer town of Nynäshamn is less than 3 kilometers from the house and is well worth a visit.
