A very pleasant holiday home in beautiful Kärradal, just north of Varberg. A very charming house on the edge of the cottage area nestled surrounded by green nature and with a very beautiful garden. A short walk takes you down to the beach. Here there is both a sandy beach and a rock pool with jetty and bathing ladder. A popular restaurant is right by the beach. This is a real summer idyll. The house is renovated with preservation of its lovely character. The entrance at the back of the house takes you directly into a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining area. The living room is bright with a dining area and a lovely wood stove. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom, tastefully decorated under the stairs, has a shower. Up the beautiful staircase is another bright kitchen with dining area. There are two bedrooms here. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a simple sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower. There are several patios with garden furniture and here you are really surrounded by the beautiful green garden. A small annex next to the house has two single beds. A perfect holiday home for a larger group or two families who want to holiday together. A bit away by the campsite, there is a summer restaurant with a pub and a small shop. In summer there is also a café near the beach. Varberg is a summer town with a throng of people, restaurants, cafés and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous birding areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Klosterfjordens Gk.
