Kitchen, bedroom, living room with fireplace & TV, combustion toilet inside as well as an hot water outdoor shower booth. Fence or hedge around the plot on a 750 square meter lawn and a iron gate to the village street. In the tool shed there are div. utensils such as barbecues and loungers which may be used if required.
