Two-room spacious apartment with fast access to Helsinki centre with tram stopping in front of the apartment and only walking distance to Pasila/Messukeskus/Fair Center and Linnanmäki amusement parc.
Bedroom has 1 large double bed and 2 single beds, all super comfortable. Living room one full size sofabed. Apt is facing inner yard for peaceful sleep.
Free parking available for early reservers (only till end of August 2024) and a baby bed on demand. Please ask for confirmation for both. Fast mobile wifi. No partys allowed.
Apartment will be cleaned with extra attention with all the surfaces to guarantee relaxing stay.
Baby bed can be arranged without extra fee if asked before arrival.

Animals are not recommended to this apartment.
1. Please ask host as soon as possible about parking if you should need it to make sure it is available
2. Garbage you will find backyard, go upstairs half a floor, go out to right, around corner right again, straight ahead and the garbage is on your left hand side
3. Please leave your shoes right at the entrance when entering the apartment. This way we manage to keep the apartment and carpets clean for all of us. Thanks so much for your consideration. Maybe good to to be aware of that Finnish people never wear shoes inside the house.
4. No noise or loud music, nor parties are allowed in the apartment. Please keep in mind that this is the only way my airbnb can continue. Thank you for your understanding.
5. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside inner yard front of the windows. Going inner yard is half a stairway up and out through the door.
