ARENDALE FARM is an absolutely beautiful property situated on 15 lush acres in the gorgeous countryside of Alskog. A wonderful place to just relax, take long walks, hike or bike ride. But also TONS to do and see in the area for all ages. Consult local papers for current events for all ages. Just a few minutes away is Ljugarn, with the oldest beach on Gotland dating back to Viking times. Ljugarn also has several great restaurants, a market and some other stores. One of our favorite restaurants is ON the beach and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also tennis courts and soccer fields for the sports fan. Please note that some restaurants and activities are seasonal, so please inquire what is available at the time of your stay. There are also many other wonderful areas to visit with unique nature, areas that look like completely different countries. Everything from the Savanna, to white sandy beaches, cliffs and oceans, beautiful countryside and and many historical sites including a UNESCO World Heritage site. Minimum 6 night stay.
