In the surroundings of the town there are fine fishing villages such Brantevik, Skillinge and Baskemölla. Playland Tosselilla is 2.8 mil from there. Several golf courses are nearby. From Simrishamn Station is Pågatågen Simrishamn Malmo and then it is not a long way to Copenhagen. There is a daily ferry service from Ystad (3 mil from Simrishamn) to Bornholm. It is also easy by bus and train to get to other places in Skåne.
