All surfaces of the house have been carefully renovated and of high quality. The house has four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a wood-burning sauna as a specialty. There is a large and flat yard area around the house. The location is peaceful, but still within walking distance of local services like shops and restaurants.

The easternmost point of Finland, and the entire continental EU, is located on Lake Virmajärvi in Ilomantsi, 68 kilometers east of the center of St. Petersburg. You can visit the Itäpiste viewing point without a border zone permit. The route from the vehicle parking and turning area to the shore of Lake Virmajärvi to the Rotary pole is marked and isolated with a rope. A border zone runs outside the isolated area. Do not deviate from the isolated route. Come and feel the excitement!
