Next to it there is a smaller house with four beds, so two families can spend their vacations together. In the house there is a cozy fireplace, on the terrace you can barbecue. You can buy wood from the house owner for 50 SEK.
Excursions: The cycle path Vätternrundan is passable from Motala. In Västanvik a footpath leads to the Vättern shore, this path runs in a circle and has its origin in Medevi Brunn, the oldest spa in Sweden. In the summer concerts are held in the spa park, also the traditional Midsummer Festival is very popular. To Medevi Brunn you need about 8 minutes in the car.
