"you are welcome to check in anytime after 2:00 pm. on the morning of your arrival, you will receive an email and a text message with all the necessary information, including the entrance code, your room number, and your bed number, our hostel operates without a traditional reception, offering self check-in and self check-out for your convenience. however, staff are usually on-site, and we are always available via email and phone, check-in: from 2:00 pm, if you arrive earlier, please contact us for information about luggage storage, check-out: by 11:00 am, free luggage storage is available on the day of departure until 5:30 pm, bed linen and towels are included. please note that using bed sheets is mandatory, and sleeping bags are not allowed, we have a shoes-off policy. slippers are available to borrow, padlocks are available for purchase for 60 sek, the hostel is 100% non-smoking, and parties are not allowed on the premises."please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
