Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The owner explained everything about facility at my arrival and the room is very clean and quiet (I could hear other guests talking but they slept early). Supermarket, restaurants, gas station are nearby (in 5-10min by car) and this place was on the way to my next stop (perfect location for me).

Negative: I didn't know where to check-in when I arrived but the owner came out of the house soon and lead me to correct parking lot.
