The ground floor has an open floor plan that accommodates hallway with a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room. Upstairs there is a hall and two bedrooms. In the basement there is an extra fridge and freezer and laundry room with washing machine. The house belongs to a conservatory and a garage.
Immediate environment consists of the nature of Småland that includes berries, mushrooms and animals rich woods. (If you have some luck then you can see deer and the occasional forest's inhabitants through the window in the kitchen). Nearby are lakes and streams with many different species of fish such as pike, perch, eel ... etc. About 1 km from the house you will find a lake where you can catch trout for 1 kg class.
