The house is located directly on the 8km long lake Överrissjö and is easily accessible summer and winter with any passenger car or motorhome. The lake is directly accessible from the house via a 100m long meadow path. A private rowing boat is available. Also a raft (powered by an e-motor) may be used.
The sauna is located next to the house and has a wonderful view of the lake. It is heated with wood. A garden house with table and 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs invites you to linger in summer.
In addition to the house also 1-2 campers could be parked.
The house is supplied with electricity, water and sewage via the municipal grid. The winter-proof house is heated by the central heating with geothermal heat pump. Hot water also generates the geothermal heat pump.
In the winter months, northern lights can often be observed and photographed directly from the house.
